Is There a Term for Absolute Crazy People?
People who enjoy going outside and exercising when it's cold, I think they have a screw loose. You don't want to use these terms with actual mentally ill people but if you're just describing someone that you know that's acting crazy. "I would almost call them a lunatic, they're insane, they're nuts," he says.
