The Importance of Leaders

The image of leadership was well known in the ancient world and we see this in the relationship between God's people and their leaders. But like Jesus says in this passage, sometimes the leaders don't always have the best interests of the people at heart. This is why we need to pray for our priests but also make sure that we are discerning even when under a pastor as well.
