I set out a load of goals when I was doing kettlebells, sport, right? And at 2018, 2019, I was just after finishing everything we kept the sword. It's been quite a journey from that, you know, it's been a totally opposite of what I was doing for years before that. Do you see anything there of glaciers or something and areas where people pick up stones? Because there's just loads of them. We do like a hundred or 500 lifts in the session to like this just picks up more wounds. Does anyone have any tips on how to get started with stone-lifting? If so, please email emma.smith@mailonline.co
