Climate Change Is a Daily Experience
As developing countries, we do not have the fin a resources to address the impacts that we are facing. The hundred billion dollars of climate finance promised by the developed world in t copenhagen in two thousand and nine is still not delivered. As small island developing states, we have contributed the least to global warm en yet we are impacted the greatest. We just don't have those resources to build levels of resilience that's required.
