The spark is really when we just remind them about the complexity of the task and how there is very few other methods for doing it. So simplifying complexity and I like it, especially within large scale organizations where there are so many systems, processes, structures, people, divisions silos,. It's impossible to see it all in your head but when you have something that you can help to visualize that.
