The Importance of Equitable Tolling
If you can't indict a sitting president, do you toll the statute of limitations under something called equitable tolling? It's not in the law. There is a specific type of tolling that you would get because obviously if you can't uncover the crime because of the fraud, then it tolls. So a equitable tolling is based on equity. It's a fairness. Right idea.
