The benefit of podcasting or video creation is that it creates a bit of a naysymmetrical intimacy. Like I feel like I know Mark, especially in the digital world where we don't have as many opportunities to bump into one another. And when you jump on a Zoom call with somebody that awkward moment doesn't exist because there's you already have a relationship with them and they already have affinity to you. They already know or at least it's less awkward for them too, because they feel like they know you.
