Transit-Oriented Development in New York City

I was a little surprised there wasn't sort of anything in the state senate's one-house budget resolution to even sort of not a little bit more that, you know what, there should be more dense housing around mass transit stops. But again, because we didn't think the issues were so much New York City, but more in the surrounding counties,. We really wanted to have an opportunity for the players to sit down at the table together and talk through what their concerns were.
