The Role of Hormones in the Body
Hormones are essentially chemicals that get released in one area of our body typically from something that we call a gland but can also be released from certain organs and tissues as well. Hormone's main purpose is to signal to other tissue or organs in your body to elicit some sort of change right so for example let's look at insulin this is a hot hormone I think people talk about today a lot too much and especially the people who don't know anything about it. ultraviolet rays from the sun cause your body to synthesize vitamin d into your bloodstream. The amount actually needed for each person is extremely content or context dependent.
