How to Be a Great Speaker
The standard for most of the speakers that I work with is two to three months of preparation. And it's great because sometimes we're really talking about complex ideas. That are delivered in 18 minutes or 20 minutes or 15 minutes. Right. So they get book to speak based on that idea and then it's our job to kind of get them up to speed and make sure that they're a really awesome and clear speaker.
