What Do You Do When Confronting a Spirit?

When you face the more overt forms of warfare, what do you recommend? If a person is in the presence of what appears to be demon possession or strong, or is it strong spiritual presence? I particularly want to say immediate. It's much wiser if possible to then meet with other believers pray together. Be together and be prepared as you go as Mike and his Trinidadian friend to confront a spirit.
