Am is a collection of stories written by people who have struggled with mental health issues. The book will be published in the UK this year, and there are plans to publish it worldwide. It's being produced as an oral history project for students at Noko College on OAPs' rights. Am says she hopes her story can help others deal with their own personal problems.
