I would like to think that I motivated him more. But yeah, I was super busy. My boss left the company and then the workload increased drastically. And then I didn't have enough time to put in. So we used to do lots of funny correlations. We plotted number of hours per week versus average GMAT. It was a linear line that shows that if you put in more hours, so that's how the dashboard helped us.
