The Seed Lands on Hard Soil
There are four types of land in the world: soil, pathway, nourishment and fellowship. Jesus talks about a farmer sowing seed randomly on all kinds of different land. The hard soil is actually the pathway. So how do you get through to a stubborn church? Youve got to pour a whole bunch of water on it. We let the holy spirit just simply soften their hearts. This is what i talked about earlier where they'r coming from. When you show them that you appreciate the culture, that's like pouring water on a hard surface. They will start to soften up rather than letting the water wash off.
