NK Cell Proliferation

The only one that they found to increase in animals that were given LPS was the histone 3 lysine 4 mono-methylation. They also do some proliferation studies and they just, they show that the memory like NK cells that were from the mouse treated with LPS at day 14, they do undergo cell-voral rounds of proliferation. So I would say that the summary of those, all of those experiments is that when a mouse has seen LPS 14 days later, NK cells can respond more robustly to LPS, memory like.
