I know how important mornings are for me as a person. So I try to make this the non work time like as seamless and you know mindless as possible. And then I have a setting on my phone to switch off all social media apps like an hour before bed that really helps because then I that kind of like almost like a virtual signals and such a time to go to bed now. But yeah accessibility is fantastic way of of looking at it.
