For some people it can feel an unusual topic to be talking about, a bit of an uncomfortable. A lot of the associations that we hear from people is hot and tired and angry - lots of associating with age like old and past it. We do an exercise where we ask what words we associate with menopause. And we do get some positive words in there, but the majority of the associations are negative.
