Are You Looking for Variation Between Six Months and Three Years?
If you see with each progression that they're moving to a higher role with more responsibilities, then I think you can tell that they are gradually moving up. And then the other one, there is a time boundary in some people's head nine months to a year and anything less than that. You want to say like, okay, like what happened here? Is there a good explanation for this? Was there a particular reason you left so quickly? Sometimes the person has a good answer and sometimes it's an area of concern, at least worth exploring.
