Centralize or Decentralize?
I think speed, cost and risk are probably the three horsemen of the centralization apocalypse. Which one is is prime in this situation? And whether well, centralize or decentralize being connected to that. I mean, i certainly don't want to lose 20 million dollars. So yes, if there's an undue risk, that's not safe to try.
