In Houston, you know, we have hurricanes and I'm in Houston right now. And if you believe as I do that humans are fundamentally good at their core on average, the adversity can cause us to behave in a more generous or altruistic way. In New Orleans they didn't fully evacuate for Katrina. A lot of people died as a huge tragedy.
