We often think of innovation as the big revolutionary initiatives that will transform how we engage with our customers. But from your perspective, is this always the case? So innovation is simply combining existing things to create something new. When I worked in the AgTech sector for a small startup, we didn't go to work to innovate. It's really about getting individuals to co-create things and come up with the future together rather than following the leader into the future.
