Is There a Drive to Conformity in Sales?

I think there is a drive to conformity. There's a drive for people to embrace the orthodoxy as an act of faith. The whole orthodoxy is built on very, very questionable assumptions. And if anybody stopped for just a minute or two to ask a few simple questions, it would expose it as BS. I'll give you my favourite one right now. How much of that $10 million in revenue do you think is going to be existing customers repurchasing? Or brand new customers purchasing for the first time or existing customers purchasing things that are materially different from what they normally purchase? Lots of categories there.
