The First Job Isn't the Best

It's to me as a giant red flag that they either don't have their act together or they have sketchy-ness deep inside of them. If they say to you on your first day that it's going to be like six or seven weeks until you get your first paycheck, I would really just walk away. How would you avoid this issue if you were in these fresh graduates' shoes? It's a lot easier to be more senior in your career and feel like the tables have turned a little bit. But if you're just standing out in the corner with your hat out, I can see how you just end up at the first place that... Or maybe it's the only place
