The Importance of Asking Hard Questions

I think in a busy life if you're moving too fast it's incredibly easy to ask other people's questions and accept other people's answers. One very obvious way in which this came up for me was around school choice with my kids where I was kind of asking around like okay how does preschool work? How much do we get into it? What are the bigger systemic and structural issues at play here?" "It doesn't always feel that good to ask your own questions or to make decisions based on different questions than everybody else is making decisions based on but I think it's worth it"
