Do You Have a Job?

I find movement helps me think better like often if I'm sitting at a computer and I'm kind of really focused on something. If you are not wearing an app you're going to have to get up and go to the toilet regularly which is great. Try to do meetings walking like put your headphones on and do your zoom calls or whatever you've got to doyou can surely walk for some of them. Make sure and make as we were talking about social aid, accountability, arrange to meet friends for walking dates for chats for all these types of things but really try to constantly bake it into your day because society nowadays is set up for us to be sedentary.
