We waste an enormous amount of time, money, energy, resources treating water that we don't actually utilize in any way. The standard is everybody needs half a gallon of water, a potable water, a day to live. These got 260 people on a 50 foot lot. This became the standard because we were fighting fires and we needed the firefighting capacity. And as long as we're going to pay for the firefightingcapacity, you have the drinking water capacity there too.
