Mike Ward: A lot of people just don't get it or they hear what they want to hear. One thing that got me really angry at first was, right when the year I decided, okay, I'm not going to do shows in Quebec, I'll go elsewhere. And again, Mike wasn't making fun of the kid or mocking the kid. It was the situation that was funny as well.
