We shape reality by what we notice and choose to pay attention to. I have a mental model that comes from a scenario planning about imagining very different futures. And then when they start to come true, you go, oh, okay, that one was more right than the other one. It's not just one set of priors. It's a set of overlapping sets of priors that could collapse in different directions. If you imagine doing a puzzle and all the pieces aren't there, you can't actually finish it.
