The feeling of being followed from room to room is actually consistent with the way sound bounces off walls and other hard surfaces indoors. Multiple investigations opened, one by the c i a and the state department, another by the fbi, and a third by the cubans themselves. None of the three investigations yielded concrete evidence of a weapon, much less evidence that might connect all the deferring symptoms to specific attacks by a foreign power.
