The Importance of Floating Heel in Weightlifting

If you can't flex your spine, there's no way you're getting down into that squat. You have to be able to shift everything back and let you know, get a bit of a thoracic curve going in. I like what the floating heel does in terms of like co contractions around the knee. It's just what it does for a lot of people at the thorax that I think can be problematic when it's overused or not managed well.
