Mark Dalen: Amazon's approach to healthcare clearly is pretty holistic. Even again, even setting aside the execution being very poor and questionable. I can see Jeff Bezos with his small arms just thinking, how do I do this for my people for my customers? How do I control my customers and make them just like me? It feels weirdly controlling all of this.
