I feel pretty good throughout the day, i don't really feel any different from when i was during my meal before. Both meals are really just an hour. And ends up being 22 hours of fasting in that 24 hour cycle with two hours of eating. I love the dairy here as well, all the feta, the goat cheese, the smoke cheeses are just amazing. Having a really nice dinner and then closing the eating window, usually by seven 30 at the latest, eight,. and then fasting until breakfast, which is in about 12 hours.
