The Challenges of Agriculture in the Desert
The Ewing and the Gulf sits on these ancient aquifers. Most of the countries here are using groundwater. We are depleting faster than regeneration. So all agriculture here looks, we have drip irrigation. And hydroponics is taking a hold because of its water saving attributes. I think people are starting to understand more the soil that even in desert sand you can produce.
