Was It a Change in the Way I Worked?

I was previously the previous work that I was doing. I was building machine learning models to figure out which people who borrowed money were more or less likely to default on their loans. When I started working for Wave instead, I felt so much more energized just because there was a much more tangible connection between me doing some work and some people's lives getting improved. Having that direct connection to the thing that we were working on was just like, it was made my day to day work a lot more satisfying.
