Walmart's Results Not Going to Help Quell Fears About a Recession

Walmart CEO Doug McMillan says increasing levels of food and fuel inflation are affecting how customers spend. This isn't going to assuage any fears about a recession, is it? We're expecting results from Apple, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta which could give more of an indication about just how large a recession looms.
