30 House liberals urged President Biden to dramatically shift his strategy on the Ukraine War and pursue direct negotiations with Russia. This is the first time that prominent members of his own party have pushed for a change in policy to Ukraine. But I don't think it should be read necessarily as a profound shift in American political or popular opinion, rather this is a very narrow wing of the Democratic Party.
