The Problem With the Data Protection Authorities
The main problem is in the data protection authorities right so each one has different issues that might delay or might make the decision or a final result never happened. Most member states get away with with not enforcing stuff and again we don't know the exact motivations I think there is a mix usually that some are motivated but their procedural law is so complicated they can't do it. Some of them don't have the resources others do have the resources if you look at Ireland, he says.
