I'm starting completely from scratch I haven't got any understanding about breathing or anything else like that. So it's a different it's a slightly different way of swimming which is all focused on efficiency not necessarily speed so you're using a lot more water. The weird thing about sprinting is we seem to always be so far behind America and yet we haven't had a runner who can do sub kind of nine point well even sub 10 for years seems to be this massive challenge.
