How specific was your training to Ironman? There was a mixture. Some of the sessions where you do 100K, it was harder and sometimes, you know, some of the ones were a little bit lower and wattage. You'd do some sessions where you'd go out by eight times eight minutes, as hard as you could. The longer intervals happened earlier in the program and then as close as I got, they shortened up. And were you coached by Scott your whole career? No, no, probably I think it was about maybe three or four years.
