How to Deal With Vulnerabilities and Insecurities in Ministry

You opened up with something that was really vulnerable. You talked about being adopted and your wound is rejection. How have your vulnerabilities and insecurities manifested themselves in ministry? Well, the rejection one causes me to hear criticism even when someone isn't criticizing me. It also causes me to judge and evaluate people on whether or not they're trustworthy before I can listen to them.
