Octavian and the Senate
Antony sends off a note to Rome saying, by the way, this 13 year old supposed son of Caesar is now King of Kings and these lands owned by these children. The Senate says no. Octavian wants all of this to be made public presumably so that Ramans will be horrified. And he can spin it against Antony. I'm honestly not surprised. They would have had a good laugh.
