No only is low back pain one of the most common orthopedic issues in the world, but for those of you in the Northeast that will be expecting snow soon winter is coming. For some of you, winter is already here. Put simply, this means that we will have a lot of shoveling to do.

Nick dives into some heavy research surrounding LBP as well as the gold standard in treating it. We also briefly talk about posture, language, as well as some mechanisms of injury that can be the cause of your low back pain.

We finish up the episode by discussing our theories on why the prevalence of low back pain is so high.
