The Importance of Mindset in Trading
At the start of his trading, "My mindset wasn't that great," he says. He learned a lot from YouTube about how to deal with negative self talk. You're not getting worse; you're actually learning what you need to be learning in this trade. It was a very frustrating journey but I think everybody goes through it and it's necessary.
