How to Raise a Million Dollars With Project Equity

In the early going you often can't get any project at all depending upon the size of the project and what the track record is of the platform. This has been solved a lot of times in the past by effectively taking venture capital over funding into the headquarters into the actual company itself with venture capital, then turn around and putting some of that in the form of so called sponsor equity to enable the debt. But there's other folks if you're doing more utility scale types of things then you might need to figure out how you can bring in like a corporate investor to be that project equity maybe somebody like a breakthrough energy catalyst can help you with something like that now.
