Are You Building a Category?
When shopat started, we were in the sales enablement category. Now there now there's a category. It takes way more time than you would ever think to build out a category. When creating a category, it's actually good to have some really strong and good competitors. The second thing i put here is that we definitely underestimate it because it's not necessarily bad for shopat.
