Aaron Shade is a professor of ancient scripture at BYU teaches courses on religion and ancient near Eastern languages, history and archaeology. He completed his graduate studies at the University of Toronto in near and Middle Eastern civilizations. His research interests and publications include ancient Northwest Semitic inscriptions, archaeology and the Old Testament.
