Do You Have a Mine Set?
i was first diagnosed about it three years ago. And then i started to implement the things i had control over, the life style things and got serious about o living about two years ago. They shifted in a great way. I did bring in exercise and mind set, the mind set pieces later. And i really wish i would have done mine set pieces first. Some of it boils down to just getting into some self love and gratitude. But it's about enough a shifting that negative mind s, that to a positive one.
