People are trying to get back into this kind of retracted ribcage position but they end up just really overly flexing everywhere. They're using like it's almost like a fake strategy where they move through the spine to make it look like the ribs are moving and achieve the position that you're looking for. A lot of people don't quite understand what they're doing, Joel says. The breath actually coming in and out of your body is driving motion into your spine not necessarily the other way around. That movement 22,000 times a day  is what we're looking for he adds.
