Cannabis Use and Cognitive Tolerance

With the more widespread usage of cannabis, both recreationally and chronically important kind of legal implications arise. Currently, what happens is legal individuals may take a blood sample and say, okay, you have cannabis in your blood. That's you are driving under the influence. But we know it's not so easy because people develop tolerance, behavioral tolerance to the drug. So here this would be seen as a positive effect. I'm very interested in understanding the brain mechanisms underlying this occurrence of tolerance.
