The Role of VR in Gaming

The VR stuff makes me think about the whole line of research around embodied cognition and grounded cognition, which is to say that our bodies and especially the movements that we go through when we're doing something affects how we think. And I think it's kind of an under researched area right now. Not a whole lot of researchers are looking at like, well, what's the difference between pressing a controller button versus doing something much more actively?
